I certify that I am at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in my jurisdiction, whichever is greater; that I satisfy the applicable eligibility and physical-location requirements; and that I do not have another PGS Amusement LLC account. I understand that Promotional Play and prize redemption are unavailable while I am physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction. I understand that PGS Amusement LLC may restrict, suspend, or close duplicate or ineligible accounts and may deny or cancel related Sweeps Coins or prize-redemption requests in accordance with the applicable Terms and Official Sweepstakes Rules.

I have read and agree to be bound by the PGS Amusement LLC Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Official Sweepstakes Rules.

I understand that prize redemption requires completion of PGS Amusement LLC's applicable identity and eligibility verification process, which may include a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and a selfie or liveness check. Failure to complete required verification, or providing false or misleading information, may prevent prize redemption and may result in restriction, suspension, or closure of my account.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT'S OPPORTUNITY OF WINNING. SWEEPS COINS ARE PROMOTIONAL AND MAY NOT BE PURCHASED.
